Jordan Hicks

Oh my goodness. He pitched amazing on Tuesday.

Earning his first win after pitching two innings of relief, he struck out two and walk one.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Bobby Witt, Jr., had a 3-2 count with two outs. Take a look at how Hicks got out of the inning.

That was an absolutely filthy drop.

This was a good warm-up ahead of what is to be his first start of the season on Saturday against the Milwaukee Brewers. While he should have a limited outing on Saturday, after Tuesday’s outing his potential is intriguing.
