Taking a look at St. Louis Cardinals’ spring training travel options available to fans.

As the holidays come marching in with the mid-western bitter cold wind, we can’t help to think about the warm seasonal weather of Jupiter, FL, where our beloved St. Louis Cardinals perch for spring training.

The St. Louis Cardinals are once again offering a variety of exclusive travel packages through Cardinals Vacations that allow fans to experience Spring Training in Jupiter, Florida, as a VIP.

There are a total of six vacation packages are available, two of which are designed exclusively for senior travelers. All packages include great game tickets, choice of hotel accommodations, ground transportation, an exclusive reception and dinner featuring a season preview with select Cardinals players and personnel, custom Cardinals merchandise, airfare options, and more.

My favorite is of these packages are the “Grand Slam” packages which are scheduled to depart every Friday in March (March 4, 11, 18 and 25) and can be customized to accommodate up to a seven-night stay with the aforementioned amenities and additional options.

Two Senior Spring Training packages depart on March 8 and are available as either a five-night or seven-night trip, with escorted motor coach transportation or rental car. In addition to game tickets, hotel stay, merchandise, optional airfare, ground transportation, and exclusive Cardinals’ dinner featuring an interactive season preview with Cardinals players and personnel.

Senior travelers will additionally enjoy a private welcome dinner, daily deluxe breakfast and afternoon cocktail receptions, service of Cardinals Vacations’ representatives. New for 2016, a Senior Night Out, featuring dinner and comedy at Palm Beach Improv. All hotel and rental car taxes are included in the cost of each package.
