I like Adam Wainwright and while I would love for him to win the CYA at some point in his career, there’s just no beating Kershaw with the way he has been pitching at this point.
I’ve pegged Molina but I won’t be surprised if he finds himself competing with the likes of Pirates outfielder Andrew McCutchen or Miami Marlins outfielder Giancarlo Stanton. Maybe the change of scenery was all that Jason Heyward needed and he could find himself in the thick of the conversation.
Many experts have tabbed the Nationals as the pennant winners but don’t be fooled. The National League playoffs will go through St. Louis. In the end, the Cardinals will find themselves in the hunt for their 12th World Series Trophy.
