St. Louis Cardinals: Tommy Pham debuts new shirt

St. Louis Cardinals’ fans can now get their hands on an awesome new shirt featuring Tommy Pham.

St. Louis Cardinals‘ OF Tommy Pham just debuted a new shirt just in time for you spend some of the extra Christmas cash you just got. The shirt sells for $25.00 comes in a variety of colors and sizes.

It is also available in hoodie form for $45.00. My personal favorite is the Cardinal red t-shirt style, a style and color that will likely be popular with most Cardinals fans. It is available to order now from Athlete Originals.

The shirt is a cool design featuring Tommy’s first name in small letters and last name in large letters with a photo of him swinging in place of the A. Tommy debuted the shirt on his personal twitter account earlier tonight.

This has been something major league players have been doing for a couple of years now, as many players have having shirts made with 108stitches including Jason Motte and Yadier Molina.

Not only has Pham been having shirts made this offseason, but he’s also hosting a free baseball camp for kids ages 6-13 at his high school in Las Vegas tomorrow. The camp will be from 9 am – 12 PM, and will feature instruction on all aspects of the game from Pham, Chris Carter, and former Cardinals’ pitcher Michael Blazek.

It really is neat seeing players give back to their community and teaching kids the game of baseball. Kids may be attracted to sports like football and hockey right now, so for these guys to take time out of their offseason and holiday time is great to see. It could go a long way with kids and hopefully spark a love and appreciation for the game.

Next: Tommy Pham will be a key cog in 2016

Pham will be a key part of the 2016 season as he will be a valuable player who can play all over the OF and give the Cardinals some flexibility in their potential using of Stephen Piscotty at first base. I for one am excited to see how he does in 2016 and how much he can improve. So, go buy that shirt Cardinals’ fans!
