Site5 and FanSided Holiday Season Charity Drive

The day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, means the Holiday season is in full swing. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, or another Winter Holiday, the meaning behind these celebrations and traditions are the same. At the heart of the holidays is the chance to give and share joy with others. Many spend the holidays with family and friends and exchange gifts at parties every December. But the holiday spirit should be a part of everyone’s year, especially if they aren’t as fortunate as others.

FanSided’s first ever charity effort is about making the holidays special for everyone. FanSided and Site5 have joined in an effort to give back to the community by raising money for the Boys and Girls Club of America. The organization is one of the best in the country, providing a safe and fun environment for children across the country. FanSided and Site5 hope to help the BGCA and its efforts by raising $5,000 this year.

It’s a good goal, but we’re hoping you, our readers, can contribute even more. We understand the economy is tough right now and for many, it is a struggle to make ends meet, but any amount is appreciated. The BGCA is a worthy cause and has probably touched someone you know in the community.

The organization’s mission is one of great value in raising the youth and future of our country.
