Cardinals Winner: Corey Dickerson

Corey Dickerson entered Saturday’s game after Tyler O’Neill left with cramping in his legs.

Dickerson knocked a sacrifice fly to right field off Paolo Espino, scoring Andrew Knizner.

On Sunday, Dickerson started in left field. Dickerson was the first to score in the game on a grounder off the bat of Dylan Carlson. As pitcher Josiah Gray threw to Josh Bell at first to get Carlson, Dickerson was able to scamper home.

In the fourth inning, Dickerson blasted his fourth home run of the season on a fly to right field. The home run scored Nolan Gorman and Lars Nootbaar.  The home run traveled 380 feet at 102.4 MPH.
