Tyler O’Neill called game

Throughout the season, Tyler O’Neill made plenty of spectacular plays making him a lock for his second consecutive Gold Glove.

In the ninth inning of the June 1 game against the Los Angeles Dodgers, Mookie Betts was at-bat against Alex Reyes with two on and two out.

Unreal play. O’Neill was not going to have Betts hit a walk-off winner if he could prevent it. And prevent it, he did. The excitement shown by Reyes to get out of a jam and O’Neill’s almost Hulk-like reaction that he made the play is so great to see.

Check out this play at the end of the seventh inning of Aug. 15 game against the Kansas City Royals.

O’Neill made a diving catch off the bat of Cam Gallagher to end the seventh inning. Luis Garcia was very appreciative of his teammate.

The lockout must end soon. It’s time to see what O’Neill will do next.
