The St. Louis Cardinals have had an amazing run of late fueled by nothing other than Matt’s Secret Stuff. That stuff, of course, being Matt Carpenter’s salsa.

There is more to winning baseball games than just eating salsa. Or so experts would have you believe. If all it takes is this secret salsa to win, then scouts will become gardeners and this game is going to get super weird. Either way, it is working for the St. Louis Cardinals.

A new theory is that this salsa can help any sports team in the city. Since the Rams are in Los Angeles, that leaves one team to share the magic. The Cardinals are reportedly sharing their secret with the St. Louis Blues.

Of course, the St. Louis Cardinals still have some use left to get from their secret weapon. They are in the heat of a playoff run.

With Great Salsa…

In a tweet shared by the St. Louis Blues, that can be found here, there is a lot more to having the salsa than eating it. Adam Wainwright delivered a jar to Vladimir Tarasenko , but he had to learn how to use it.

The veteran righty can be seen teaching Tarasenko how to properly fake eating salsa when celebrating. Something we have seen Matt Carpenter do on multiple occasions. It is a good thing that Wainwright is there to help out, because when used correctly, the magical chip dips powers are unmatched.

Fox did a write up of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues collaboration, which can be found here.

The St. Louis area will be churning out future Cardinals like there is no tomorrow shortly. Carpenter’s salsa will be sold at Schnuck’s for $6.99. In return for allowing his secret to be sold, the grocery store will be donating a portion of the proceeds to Cardinals Care.

Don’t question a good thing if it works. The salsa is doing well, and the Blues can benefit just as the St. Louis Cardinals have.
