I'm a rising junior at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana where I play football. Instead of writing a long boring bio, I'll give you some quick facts about myself. You're probably wondering where I got the name Hamm, truth is, to this day I still am as well. Hamm is my middle name, short for Hammond, and my dad thought Hamm Hooper would have a nice ring for an athlete. I guess I fulfilled my dad's prophecy somewhat by taking my football talents to the D3 level. To make matters worse, Michele is my real name. That's right, it's spelled like Michele, after my Italian grandfather. When it comes to my name, it's really a double-whami. I missed the first eight innings of possibly the greatest Cardinals game ever to be played, Game 6 in the 2011 World Series, because of a football game. I'm convinced me finally turning on the game sparked the ninth inning rally.
