The starters pitched very boring quality starts, the Cardinals bullpen imploded, and Heath Bell had a complete meltdown for the Marlins. Find out more after the jump.

There’s nothing “boring” about quality starting pitching – it’s the pitchers actually doing their job. What’s boring is 11-9 softball games with sloppy defense, many pitching changes that take forever overall. Contrary to popular belief, not everybody likes the home run or the DH rule. They need to give something back to the pitchers.
