Yeah, I will let the Cubs fans have Aaron Miles, and we'll take DeRosa. Letting DeRosa go to sign the historically damaging Milton Bradley was a complete mistake. Hopefully, it will give the Cards a great number 5 guy.

Being a die hard Cub fan, I have to say I'm extremely saddened by the news. The rumors around Chicago started up again that the Cubs could aquire DeRosa back from the Indians and everyone got excited. The Indians' (and Cubs') loss is a huge gain for the Cardinals. I promise he won't wow you with extreme power or high slugging percentages but his non-ego dimeaner and willingness to play ALL (yes all; including catcher) positions will bode well for you guys. Given Tony LaRussa's tremendous use of his players, the way he stragegizes a lineup and his demand of all around good baseball, Mark DeRosa fits in very well. Congratulations! It could very well have sealed the deal on the division! Good luck and go get those Brewers for us!

P.S. I am BIG Cub fan and will remain a Cub fan. I hope we can catch you guys before the hour-glass runs out but I fear the past mistakes of our management all but solidified the division for our "friendly" rivals.
