Yesterday was the first Grapefruit League game of the spring for the Cardinals.  Like I promised, here’s a short account of my day in Jupiter, along with a few pictures.
Many of you already know, but for my new readers, I’ve been living in South Florida for three years now.  I live just about an hour south of Roger Dean Stadium, and this year is my fourth consecutive spring watching the Cards get ready for the season.

With just one more day ahead of the Cardinals playing themselves, the club is anxious to get Grapefruit League games started.  On Wednesday, the first Fins and Feathers game of the year will be played at Roger Dean Stadium, with St. Louis acting as the home team.  Until then, here are the latest “stories” from Jupiter.

That’s right.  After a very long and busy winter, Mike is back on the Cards.  Miss me?  Thought so.  Well, there’s no sense in dragging it out.  Let’s dive right in.
